These terms govern your use of sheba.ventures (the "Site") and the founder and investor portals made available through it. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

2. Information only, not an offer
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax or other advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer, invitation or inducement to buy or sell any security or to engage in investment activity. Please read our risk disclaimer.
3. Accounts
Certain areas of the Site require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. Investor accounts are available only to persons who meet the eligibility criteria described on the Site and in our fund documents. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
4. Founder applications
By submitting an application you confirm that you are authorised to share the information on behalf of your company and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We treat applications as confidential within our firm and its advisers, but we do not sign non-disclosure agreements at the application stage and we may review companies with similar ideas. We are under no obligation to invest.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' accounts;
- introduce viruses or other malicious material, or interfere with the Site's operation;
- scrape, copy or republish Site content at scale without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, logos and the “Sheba Ventures” name, are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. Portfolio company names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Confidential investor information
Information made available in the investor portal (including reports, capital account statements and co-investment materials) is confidential and provided solely for your use as an investor. You must not share it with any third party except your professional advisers, who must be bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care in preparing the Site, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content is complete or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
